Stephanie Milsom is an artist and academic interested in confessional screen practices. She teaches into the cinema studies program at RMIT, where she is also completing her PhD. Her research focuses on the autobiographical potential of personal data gathered by phones and other devices. She is a member of the non/fictionLab and Screen and Sound Cultures research groups at RMIT University and in 2018 she was selected to attend the Association of Internet Researcher’s Doctoral Colloquium in Montreal. She has contributed articles, videos and sound pieces to a number of publications including Tone Deaf, CHANNELS Festival, and  Liquid Architecture
